Chicken with Yellow Wine
*Helps to warm body and the womb. *Improves health.
Ingredients :
Kampung chicken (cut into pieces & blanched)
Black fungus (soaked & shredded)
Ji Zhi (soaked)
Old ginger (finely shredded)
Peanuts (washed and cooked till soft) ½ bowl (Optional)
Yellow wine
Rice wine
Filtered water
Shao Xing wine
Pure sesame oil
Ginger juice

Directions :
Heat the sesame oil, fry the ginger till golden brown, add in the chicken and fry till fragrant.

Pour in the yellow wine, rice wine and stir fry. Add in black fungus, Ji Zhi, and peanuts.

Pour-in ginger juice and filtered water. Cook over low heat until chicken is well-done. Finally add in Shao Xing wine and seasoning and boil for a short while. Dish up and serve.
Seasoning :
Vegetarian flavoring, salt, brown sugar and light soy sauce (to taste)
