Fried Chicken with Peaches
Ingredients :
Chicken breast (cut into cubes & marinated for ½ an hour)
Almonds (fried till fragrant)
Canned peaches (cut into cubes)
Broccoli (chopped into pieces & blanched)
Garlic (sliced)
Grape wine
Pure sesame oil
Marinade
Grounded white pepper
Corn flour
Pure sesame oil
Light soy sauce
Filtered water

Directions :
Heat up wok with sesame oil and fry garlic till golden brown, add in chicken cubes and stir-fry with high heat. Pour in the grape wine and fry again. Add in the peaches, broccoli, almonds and seasoning. Mix well and fry. Dish up and serve.
Seasoning :
Light soy sauce, brown sugar and grounded white pepper (to taste)
